6,000 Lynk & Co 01 models snapped up in 137 seconds

Shanghai (Gasgoo)-On Nov. 17, the Lynk & Co 01 started preorder at the Auto Guangzhou 2017 with a price range between RMB 170,000 and RMB 240,000. Four regular models and one limited edition themed time were offered for the preorder. Amazingly, 6,000 Lynk & Co 01 models were snapped up in 137 seconds and finished payment online in 57 minutes, setting a new sales record among automakers.

The Lynk & Co 01 features a noble, sporty, stylish and impressive appearance. With a modern design, the model boasts a high recognition and high-quality front end. It also features LED running lamps and a pulling-through intake grille. Thanks to the LED taillights and multiple personalized decorations, including a black car roof and a silver luggage rack, the new model looks youthful and fashionable.

The 01 adopts a simple and neat design style, featuring a youthful, modern and premium interior with a variety of high-tech amenities, including a 10.2-inch center console, an all-LCD instrument panel, an onboard connected system, a panoramic sunroof and a blind spot monitoring system, etc.

Powered by a VEP4 2.0T engine from the Drive-E series, the Lynk & Co 01 can deliver a maximum power output of 190hp and a peak torque of 300Nm. It offers two engine variants and three transmission variants.
