Wuling Motors projects annual net profit of 85 million yuan in 2022

Wuling Motors Holdings Limited  announced on February 21 that it expects its annual net profit to come in at around 85 million yuan in 2022, versus the 45.86 million yuan of net loss in 2021.

XPeng sets up automotive technology subsidiary 

Guangzhou Penghui Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was recently incorporated with 5 billion worth of registered capital. The new company specializes in the operation, engineering, technology R&D, as well as test and development of integrated quick charge startions and electric vehicle charging infrastructures. The company is wholly-owned by XPeng Charging (Hong Kong) Limited’s subsidiary.

Zhejiang Farizon Commercial Vehicle R&D Co., Ltd. recently saw its registered capital double from 500 million yuan to 1 billion yuan. Founded in July 2021, the company is authorized to conduct R&D and manufacturing of auto parts, mechanical equipment, and molds.
