Tiggo 8 PRO Champion Edition hits market, starting at 126,900 yuan

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On August 8, Chery Automobile officially put the Tiggo 8 PRO Champion Edition onto the market, adding another heavyweight model to the Tiggo lineup.

Coming with seven distinct variants, the Tiggo 8 PRO Champion Edition features a price range from 126,900 yuan to 163,900 yuan.

Underpinning the Tiggo 8 PRO Champion Edition is the formidable Kunpeng powertrain, with the 1.6TGDI & 2.0TGDI++ engines paired with an innovative Adaptive Linear 8AT transmission and an all-encompassing intelligent control four-wheel drive system. The 2.0TGDI Kunpeng engine, in particular, commands an impressive 187 kW of maximum power and a peak torque of 390 N·m.

Positioned as a flagship family SUV, the Tiggo 8 PRO Champion Edition boasts a versatile 5+2 seating configuration, catering to diverse spatial needs. Whether accommodating additional passengers or transforming the second row into a fully flat surface, which conveniently converts into a double bed, the vehicle offers unprecedented adaptability. To amplify storage, the model features an expansive 1,930-liter rear storage space.

The Champion Edition comes standard with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, employing 7nm technology and an 8-core CPU to ensure seamless in-car performance. This enhances the all-new HMI 5.0 interface, super ID accounts, and facilitates 15+ continuous language interactions inside the cabin. 

Further upgrades of the vehicle include the 540° high-definition panoramic camera system, offering comprehensive vehicle surroundings surveillance for enhanced safety. The model also features a SONY premium 8-speaker audio system, a 24.6-inch immersive surround screen, W-HUD display, and an intuitive sensor-based power tailgate.
