VOYAH boasts 65% YoY surge in August deliveries

Beijing (Gasgoo)- VOYAH, the premium new energy vehicle brand under Dongfeng Motor, achieved a double-digit year-on-year surge in monthly deliveries in August, according to the company’s sales announcement on September 1.

In the past month, VOYAH’s vehicle deliveries reached 4,009 units, rising 17.5% from the previous month while also hiking up 65% from the previous year. In the first eight months of this year, the automaker’s cumulative vehicle deliveries came in at 22,452 units, which doubled from that of a year ago, said VOYAH.

According to the automaker, the recently revamped all-new VOYAH FREE SUV will kick off delivery from September. Priced at 266,900 yuan, the smart large five-seater comes standard with air suspension system. The vehicle also features Baidu Apollo-powered intelligent driving capabilities, as well as a comprehensive range of up to 1,201km. 

In August, VOYAH saw six VOYAH Space stores and five all-function user centers go online across nine Chinese cities, including Nanjing, Chengdu, Quzhou, Ningbo, Changsha, Shenzhen, Ordos, Chongqing, and Lhasa.

By August 31, 2023, VOYAH’s distribution network has expanded to 283 VOYAH Space stores and user centers in China, as well as 12 VOYAH Space stores overseas, spanning its sales and service reach to 111 cities globally.
