FAW-Volkswagen kicks off pre-sale of ID.7 VIZZION

Beijing (Gasgoo)- FAW-Volkswagen's ID.7 VIZZION, showcased at the Auto Shanghai 2023 in April as the flagship ID. series model, officially entered its pre-sale phase on November 22 with an inaugural price of 237,777 yuan.

Boasting cutting-edge intelligence, the ID.7 VIZZION marks the debut of Volkswagen's latest generation in-car operating system, the ID. OS 2.0. It delivers a substantially improved user experience in interface design, operational fluidity, and voice interaction, ensuring a seamless and intuitive smart cockpit. The vehicle features the ID. Mate AI assistant and a 15-inch intelligent 2K floating screen, as well as iFLYTEK's voice interaction system. The model comes standard with AR HUD intelligent guidance, offering an augmented reality head-up display that overlays navigation information onto real-world views for enhanced focus while driving.

In the realm of comfort, it introduces the Volkswagen Smart Air hidden intelligent air conditioning system, adjusting airflow and intensity based on sunlight and maintaining a constant, comfortable temperature in real-time. The SkyView intelligent light-sensitive panoramic sunroof, with a seven-layer structure, blocks over 99.9% of UV rays and 83% of heat. Complemented by rapid color-changing technology, it offers users a visually and physically comforting experience. Additionally, it integrates the Clean Air 3.0 air monitoring system, Harman Kardon sound system, and ID. Light intelligent interactive lighting.

The ID.7 VIZZION seamlessly merges aesthetics with practicality. Its sleek bodylines reduce wind resistance, while the large liftback tailgate provides 521L of substantial trunk space, expandable to 1,629L.

Built on the MEB platform, the foundation of technological innovation for the ID.7 VIZZION ushers in the era of electric mobility. From a redesigned battery and drive system to the chassis, it incorporates the E3 electrical architecture tailored for comprehensive connectivity ecosystems and the ID. OS software, enabling sustainable updates and upgrades. Leveraging the MEB platform ensures extended wheelbase, shorter front and rear overhangs, ample rear cabin space, and the revered driving dynamics typical of German sedans.

The ID.7 VIZZION debuts at 237,777 yuan for its pre-sale offering, open for reservations. Showroom displays will gradually reach national dealerships by the end of November.
