Multiple NEV models included in MIIT's catalogue, including AITO M8, XPENG G7

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) recently released the 391st batch of the "Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products Announcement", which includes several highly anticipated new energy vehicle (NEV) models, including the AITO M8, the refreshed Tesla Model Y, the Xiaomi YU7 single-motor edition, and the XPENG G7.

AITO M8

The AITO M8, positioned as a mid-to-large SUV, measures 5,190mm in length, 1,999mm in width, and 1,795mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,105mm.

The model is equipped with a 1,496ml range extender with a power output of 118kW and offers dual electric motors producing 165kW and 227kW, respectively. The fuel consumption is rated at 0.85L/100km under the WLTC condition. 

The MIIT's information reveals that the vehicle is available in six variants and offers battery-powered range options of 161km, 235km, and 240km.

Refreshed Tesla Model Y

The refreshed Tesla Model Y has dimensions of 4,797mm in length, 1920mm in width, and 1,624mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,890mm.

The rear-wheel-drive version features a 220kW electric motor and a 62.5kWh battery pack, offering a range of 593km. The long-range all-wheel-drive variant is paired with two electric motors (front: 137kW, rear: 194kW), delivering a range of 719km.

Xiaomi YU7

The Xiaomi YU7 single-motor edition measures 4,999mm/1,996mm/1,608mm with a 3,000mm wheelbase.

The model features an electric motor that churns out 235kW and a lithium iron phosphate battery pack.

XPENG G7

The XPENG G7 measures 4,892mm/1,925mm/1,655mm with a wheelbase of 2,890mm. The model is powered by a 218kW electric motor and offers a lithium iron phosphate battery pack.

BYD Han L

The BYD Han L, positioned as a mid-to-large sedan, measures 5,050mm long, 1,960mm wide, and 1,505mm tall, with a 2,970mm wheelbase.

In terms of power performance, the BYD Han L is available in DM-i (Dual Mode intelligent) and BEV variants. The DM-i version features BYD's latest fifth-generation DM (Dual Mode) hybrid technology. The model is equipped with a 1.5T engine delivering a maximum power output of 115 kW and offers an electric motor providing up to 200 kW output. The vehicle offers battery-powered ranges of 145 km and 170 km.

The BEV version of the Han L delivers impressive power performance. The single-motor version boasts a maximum power output of 500 kW. As for the dual-motor variant, the front electric motor delivers up to 230 kW, while the rear electric motor reaches a staggering 580 kW.

BYD Tang L

Measuring 5,040mm×1,996mm×1,760mm with a 2,950mm wheelbase, the BYD Tang L is available in both BEV and PHEV variants.

As for the power performance, the PHEV variant combines a 1.5T engine with an electric motor. The engine offers a maximum output of 115 kW and the electric motor delivers 200 kW. The model offers ranges of 135 km, 150 km, and 165 km on battery power alone.

The BYD Tang L's BEV version comes in both single-motor and dual-motor options. The single-motor version features a 500 kW rear electric motor, while the dual-motor version is equipped with two electric motors (front: 230 kW, rear: 580 kW).

BYD Qin L EV

The BYD Qin L EV measures 4,720mm in length, 1,880mm in width, and 1,495mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,820mm. With an electric motor that is good for 110kW, the model can run at a top speed of 160km/h.

The BYD e7 adopts the similar "Ocean Aesthetics" design language as the BYD Sea Lion series, measuring 4,780mm/1,900mm/1,515mm with a wheelbase of 2,820mm.

ZEEKR 007GT

The ZEEKR 007GT measures 4,864mm/1,900mm/1,445mm with a 2,925mm wheelbase. The model is available in single-motor (310kW) and dual-motor (front: 165kW, rear: 310kW) options. It offers lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium battery schemes, which enable CLTC-rated ranges of 650km and 825km, respectively.

Lynk & Co 900 EM-P:

The Lynk & Co 900 EM-P model measures 5,240mm in length, 1,999mm in width, and 1,810mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,160mm. Powered by an engine that can deliver an output of 187kW, the model can run at a top speed of 240km/h.

NIO FIREFLY

The NIO FIREFLY model measures 4,003mm/1,781mm/1,557mm with a 2,615mm wheelbase. The model is equipped with a 105kW single electric motor, featuring 18-inch wheels.
