Geely Auto puts Galaxy L7 EM-i model onto market

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On February 14, Geely's new energy vehicle range Galaxy officially put its Galaxy L7 EM-i model onto the market.

The model is available in four trim levels, with limited-time introductory prices ranging from 115,800 yuan to 148,800 yuan.

Regarding the exterior, the Galaxy L7 EM-i follows the Galaxy range's signature design language. Compared to its predecessor, the vehicle has undergone subtle refinements in details. The front fascia remains largely unchanged, but the lower bumper and fog light areas have been adjusted, enhancing the vehicle’s sporty appeal. The side and rear profiles remain similar to its predecessor, with the addition of an exclusive EM-i badge on the rear, highlighting the vehicle’s unique look.

Dimension-wise, the Galaxy L7 EM-i measures 4,710mm in length, 1,905mm in width, and 1,685mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,785mm.

Inside, the vehicle comes standard with a triple-screen setup featuring a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, a 13.2-inch central touchscreen, and a 16.2-inch passenger-side entertainment screen. It is also equipped with the Flyme Auto operating system, which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. Besides, the vehicle offers a 25.6-inch augmented-reality head-up display (AR-HUD) for option.

Additionally, the model’s front seats support electric adjustments, heating, ventilation, and memory functions. The vehicle also features an 11-speaker Infinity sound system.

Under the hood, the Galaxy L7 EM-i is powered by Geely's NordThor EM-i super hybrid technology, which pairs a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine with an electric motor. The engine produces a maximum power of 112 kW, while the electric motor generates up to 160 kW. The model offers an 18.4 kWh battery pack, providing a battery-powered range of up to 115 km under the CLTC test cycle.
