Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Li Auto reported November deliveries of 33,181 vehicles, bringing its total cumulative volume since launch to 1,495,969 units as of the end of the month. The figures underscore the company's steady momentum as it transitions deeper into the battery electric vehicle (BEV) segment.

Commenting on the operational outlook, founder and CEO Li Xiang said orders for the all-electric Li i6 and i8 SUVs have exceeded 100,000 units. To avoid bottlenecks as production scales up, the company has activated a dual-supplier system for Li i6 battery packs, a move aimed at ensuring consistent performance and safeguarding output. Li said monthly production of the Li i6 is expected to climb to 20,000 units early next year.

Launched on September 26, the Li i6 is built on Li Auto's dedicated BEV architecture and features a low-drag body, short front overhang and a 3,000-mm wheelbase. Equipped with LiDAR, a full-width daytime running light and the company's VLA driver-model AI, the SUV also debuts a 5C LFP battery and in-house silicon-carbide powertrain technology. Li Auto says the model delivers industry-leading charging speeds and battery durability.

Mr. Li added that its OTA 8.1 software update will roll out in early December. The upgrade enhances the VLA driving model through reinforcement learning to mimic professional driving behavior more closely, while the in-car "AI Li Assistant" gains new features. Across the vehicle systems, more than 20 functions—including charging optimization and intelligent climate controls—will be added or upgraded.

Li Auto continues to expand its nationwide footprint, with 544 retail centers now operating across 157 cities and 556 service and body-repair facilities serving 227 cities. Its charging network has grown to 3,614 own-brand supercharging stations, offering a total of 20,027 charger piles—one of the largest high-power EV infrastructure deployments among Chinese automakers.
