The ART measures 15 meters in length, 2.9 meters in width, and stands 1.5 meters above the ground, with a curb weight of 23 tonnes and a maximum payload capacity of 65 tonnes. It can achieve a top speed of 35km/h. Equipped with a 186-kWh battery and five 140-liter hydrogen tanks, the ART incorporates multiple sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, and integrated navigation, relying on 5G and BeiDou navigation technology to enable autonomous driving.
The fuel-cell electric ART features the world's first comprehensive digital twin technology base for ports known as "Jinhong." It possesses end-to-end self-organizing network and intelligent collaboration capabilities. With the support of "Jinhong," the vehicle's black box functionality is strengthened, enhancing real-time data recording and status monitoring to improve operational stability and facilitate maintenance. It enables near-field interaction between different production equipment, connecting nearby devices via a local area network to share vehicle operating information and optimize local operations, significantly reducing computational power and communication time.
The ART is expected to be put into use immediately after launch, seamlessly integrating with the existing fleet of domestically largest-scale intelligent transport robots. It will serve the terminal production operations at Tianjin Port, contributing to Tianjin’s high-quality development of the port economy.
