SPACE nabs nominated supply contracts for intelligent parking solutions

Beijing (Gasgoo)- SPACE, Shanghai-based intelligent driving solution provider, announced that it has been selected as the designated supplier for two vehicle models of a prominent automaker.

As part of the agreement, SPACE will provide advanced autonomous driving solutions, including Automated Parking Assist (APA), Remote Parking Assist (RPA), and Valet Parking Assist (VPA) functionalities to the automaker. 

S-AVP, developed by SPACE based on its proprietary SPACE-OS system, is a Level 3 autonomous parking product. It encompasses all modules, including perception, precise mapping and positioning, decision-making, and planning control. 

SPACE-OS is the company’s self-developed software and algorithm platform, enabling rapid iteration and mass production of comprehensive autonomous driving features. It offers a high level of intelligence and adaptability, capable of accommodating various traffic environments and road conditions, providing safe and reliable autonomous driving capabilities. Currently, SPACE-OS has been validated and mass-produced on almost all major chip platforms, such as Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Horizon Robotics, Texas Instruments, and Huawei MDC.

Over the past few years, SPACE's products and solutions have achieved successful applications in various fields. In 2021, the company bagged product orders from Great Wall Motor and NETA Auto. In September 2022, it secured another production contract from a prominent automaker, planning to mass-produce the self-developed S-AVP Autonomous Valet Parking system.
