Autonomous driving tech firm Holomatic secures over 1 billion yuan in Series C funding

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Chinese autonomous driving tech firm, Holomatic, announced the completion of its Series C3 funding round on July 18, which raised for the company 300 million yuan.

The round was jointly led by Guangdong Technology Financial Group and GAC Capital. With this latest funding, Holomatic's entire Series C financing now surpasses 1 billion yuan.

The funds from this financing round will be used to further advance Holomatic's autonomous driving technology and drive the scaled production implementation of autonomous driving solutions. 

Established in 2017, Holomatic has pragmatically pursued the goal of gradually achieving advanced autonomous driving. By effectively integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology with automotive engineering, Holomatic has propelled the large-scale production implementation of intelligent driving solutions.

Since last year, Holomatic's intelligent driving solutions have gradually been mass-produced and deployed in various GAC vehicles, including the AION LX Plus, the Trumpchi EMKOO, the Trumpchi E9, the AION Hyper GT, etc.

In the meantime, Holomatic is expanding its collaborations by establishing partnerships with more automakers. Holomatic's self-developed autonomous driving domain controller, HoloArk, and intelligent front-view camera, HoloIFC, have been selected by leading manufacturers such as Chery Auto and Dongfeng Motor for integration into their new vehicle models. These collaborations aim to facilitate the implementation of an integrated "software and hardware" intelligent driving solution, with plans for mass production and delivery by the end of this year.
