The AC7802x series is the second-generation automotive-grade MCU chip designed by AutoChips based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core. Featuring high reliability, low power consumption, and compact packaging, the chip is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 certified, supporting an environmental temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃, and is available in TSSOP20 and HVQFN32 packages.

The AC7802x is mainly used for automotive end-node execution layers, including applications in automotive electronic sensors, temperature control, switches, and automotive lighting.

AutoChips has completed iteration for four generations of mass-produced automotive-grade MCU chips so far, earning widespread recognition in the market. Its MCUs find extensive applications in intelligent vehicle body control, chassis control, and intelligent cockpit control systems. Since its first MCU chip entered mass production in 2018, the company’s cumulative chip shipment has surpassed 30 million units by the end of 2022.

AutoChips’ products have been adopted by major domestic and international vehicle manufacturers and first-tier suppliers, such as Great Wall Motor, SAIC Motor, GAC Group, Changan Automobile, as well as new energy vehicle leaders like BYD, NIO, XPeng, and Li Auto.
