RoboSense’s October LiDAR sales nearly reach 30,000 units

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Smart sensor solution provider RoboSense announced a remarkable achievement on November 24, revealing that in October alone, the company sold nearly 30,000 units of LiDAR, with over 28,000 units dedicated to automotive applications.

Establishing a robust foothold in the automotive domain, RoboSense boasts a wide customer base. Official records indicate that by the end of October this year, RoboSense secured anticipated orders for mass production from 21 automakers and Tier 1 clients, involving 61 vehicle models. This successful collaboration facilitated the commencement of large-scale production and delivery for 19 vehicle models from 11 automakers and Tier 1 clients.

With multiple automotive clients launching various intelligent vehicle models into mass production and onto the market, RoboSense's scalability in factory-installed LiDAR production continues to display a significant impact, steadily escalating its cumulative delivery volume.

In a phenomenal trajectory, the sales of vehicle-mounted LiDAR by RoboSense soared from nearly 10,000 units in June to over 20,000 units in August, doubling in just two months. Surpassing half of the previous year's total sales, October witnessed an astounding threefold increase in monthly sales compared to June, showcasing a remarkable surge in growth.
