MINIEYE completes listing hearing with Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 8, Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (MINIEYE), a Chinese provider of intelligent driving and smart cockpit solutions, disclosed its IPO application materials following a hearing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

MINIEYE had submitted its prospectus by May 2024 and received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for issuance outside the Chinese Mainland in October.  

The company specializes in critical technologies for intelligent driving, smart cockpits, and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) systems.

Its intelligent driving solutions include the iSafety and iPilot series, with plans to deliver its iRobo autonomous driving system in the first quarter of 2025. Currently in testing, the iRobo solution is designed to enable fully autonomous driving in specific areas and operational scenarios.  

For smart cockpit solutions, MINIEYE focuses on in-cabin perception, monitoring, and interaction through systems such as Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) and Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS). Additionally, the company has been actively expanding in V2X field, participating in 21 key projects across China to build a comprehensive automotive intelligence ecosystem.  

According to the official materials, MINIEYE has seen rapid revenue growth in recent years. The company's annual revenue rose from 175 million yuan in 2021 to 476 million yuan in 2023, achieving a compound annual growth rate of 64.9%. In the first half of 2024, MINIEYE's revenue leapt by 44.5% year over year to 237 million yuan.
