August, 2009 sales ranking of A sedan from Korea's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Elantra Yuedong amounted to 21,092 units, up 236.02% year on year, the first on August, 2009 sales ranking of A sedan from Korea's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Elantra amounted to 14,369 units, up 156.64% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 113,480 units. August sales of the Cerato reached 7,738 units, increasing 39.98% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 67,102 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
