August, 2009 sales ranking of sedans from Japan's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Corolla amounted to 14,286 units, up 22.54% year on year, the first on August, 2009 sales ranking of sedans from Japan's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Accord amounted to 13,514 units, down 6.39% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 109,543 units. August sales of the Camry reached 11,329 units, increasing 11.45% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 97,118 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
