January, 2010 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 118,858 units, up 83.96% year on year, the first on January, 2010 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 70,362 units, up 124.93% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 70,362 units. January sales of Hyundai reached 62,856 units, increasing 78.65% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 62,856 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
