Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of SAIC-GM amounted to 102,708 units, up 5.21% year on year, the first on October, 2011 sales ranking by all OEMs, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 100,391 units, up 9.00% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 959,983 units. October sales of FAW-VW reached 94,130 units, increasing 18.43% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 853,038 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
