August, 2014 sales ranking by Joint Venture's OEMs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of FAW-VW amounted to 150,343 units, up 14.15% year on year, the first on August, 2014 sales ranking by Joint Venture's OEMs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of SAIC-GM amounted to 130,648 units, up 5.65% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,074,130 units. August sales of SAIC-VW reached 130,018 units, decreasing 2.30% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 1,203,524 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
