August, 2025 auto sales ranking by Joint Venture's OEMs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of FAW-VW amounted to 133,004 units, up 5.67% year on year, the first on August, 2025 auto sales ranking by Joint Venture's OEMs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 86,593 units, up 1.87% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 658,322 units. August sales of Tesla Motors reached 83,192 units, decreasing 4.04% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 515,552 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
