September, 2025 auto sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 162,926 units, down 8.97% year on year, the first on September, 2025 auto sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 137,523 units, down 0.46% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,069,223 units. September sales of Tesla reached 90,812 units, increasing 2.82% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 606,364 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
