Coming with two power options and three trim levels, the battery-electric standard-range version and long-range version feature a respective price of 278,800 yuan ($39,180) and 318,800 yuan ($44,800). The extended-range version is priced at 288,800 yuan ($40,580).
The Ziyoujia NV's entire series comes standard with an iAWD intelligent dual-electric-motor all-wheel-drive system and high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, offering leading power density. The rear electric motor features a maximum power density of 2.36kW/kg.
Powered by a 1.5T four-cylinder five-in-one high-efficiency range extender, the extended range trim allows a CLTC range of 1,257 km with a 41.07% thermal efficiency. On battery power alone, the extended range trim can run up to 150km for urban daily commute.
The pure-electric trim allows a CLTC range of 440km on the standard range trim, and 560km on the long-range trim. The pure-electric models are equipped with heat pump air conditioning, which reduces the energy consumption by 60% compared with the traditional PTC air conditioning. Even under winter conditions of -10℃, it can still achieve lower endurance attenuation.
The automaker plans to adopt the franchise operation mode, and open 44 retail centers by the end of October 2022 in 23 Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu. By the end of this year, NIUTRON aims to hold a sales network of 120 stores in 40 cities.
