According to the agreement, JMEV will provide DARE AUTO with the technical specifications for cell size and performance. DARE AUTO will then customize and develop cell samples for JMEV to test. Upon successful testing, these solid-state battery cells will be integrated into vehicles for further validation. If the cost of solid-state battery packs proves competitive and production conditions are favorable, the two companies will explore the feasibility of mass production and market promotion of these batteries in JMEV's electric vehicles.
DARE AUTO emphasized that this collaboration aims to leverage both companies' resources and strengths to advance the R&D, production, and application of solid-state batteries.
DARE AUTO further noted that the signing of this agreement is a key aspect of its strategic planning. By establishing a deep cooperative relationship with JMEV, the company seeks to achieve mutual benefits and drive business growth. This partnership is expected to accelerate the maturity and widespread adoption of solid-state battery technology, providing consumers with a safer, more efficient, and longer-lasting green mobility experience. Additionally, the collaboration is expected to enhance DARE AUTO's overall competitiveness and profitability, contributing to sustainable and robust future development.
