January, 2008 sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Chery amounted to 34,711 units, down 6.71% year on year, the first on January, 2008 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Geely amounted to 22,190 units, up 27.28% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 22,190 units. January sales of Xiali reached 15,275 units, increasing 1.42% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 15,275 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
