Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 57,697 units, up 12.80% year on year, the first on February, 2008 sales ranking by all brands, according to the February sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 35,748 units, up 53.94% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 82,539 units. February sales of Chery reached 27,488 units, increasing 29.09% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 62,199 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
