Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 79,462 units, up 9.51% year on year, the first on April, 2008 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 49,662 units, up 41.92% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 186,029 units. April sales of Honda reached 38,369 units, increasing 30.54% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 150,763 units.
