Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Chery amounted to 21,860 units, down 13.16% year on year, the first on July, 2008 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the July sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Geely amounted to 14,098 units, up 15.55% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 128,909 units. July sales of BYD reached 9,559 units, increasing 91.29% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 73,467 units.
