Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 38,478 units, up 27.23% year on year, the first on September, 2008 sales ranking by Joint Venture's OEMs, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of FAW-VW amounted to 37,808 units, down 7.28% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 366,093 units. September sales of SAIC-GM reached 34,746 units, decreasing 17.57% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 340,214 units.
