Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 62,508 units, up 12.68% year on year, the first on October, 2008 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 47,064 units, up 37.51% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 454,214 units. October sales of Honda reached 35,662 units, increasing 24.73% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 391,597 units.
