June, 2009 sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Chery amounted to 35,608 units, down 3.89% year on year, the first on June, 2009 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the June sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of BYD amounted to 34,265 units, up 125.83% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 176,814 units. June sales of Geely reached 25,036 units, increasing 46.55% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 146,593 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
