Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 89,943 units, up 74.07% year on year, the first on July, 2009 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the July sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 61,681 units, up 42.61% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 306,671 units. July sales of Nissan reached 53,084 units, increasing 104.96% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 278,158 units.
