Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 136,207 units, up 36.18% year on year, the first on October, 2010 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 60,172 units, up 0.82% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 618,618 units. October sales of Hyundai reached 59,287 units, increasing 23.03% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 569,787 units.
