April, 2011 sales ranking of compact SUVs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan amounted to 10,569 units, up 185.80% year on year, the first on April, 2011 sales ranking of compact SUVs, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Honda CR-V amounted to 9,882 units, down 18.87% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 49,640 units. April sales of the Santa Fe reached 9,390 units, increasing 56.19% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 33,139 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
