Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On June 12, Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) maker Leapmotor made its debut at 2025 International Automobile & Supply Chain Expo (Hong Kong), officially launching its C10 and T03 BEV (battery electric vehicle) models in the Hong Kong market and opening pre-orders for both vehicles.

As a reference, the 2026 Leapmotor C10 was launched sold in the Chinese Mainland on May 15, with five trims priced between 122,800 yuan and 142,800 yuan. Positioned as a global-oriented model targeting young families, the C10 model is built on the LEAP 3.5 architecture and brings upgrades across four key dimensions: range, driving performance, intelligent features, and design. High-end configurations such as an 800V high-voltage platform and LiDAR-assisted driving have been made accessible in the 140,000-yuan price range.

As for the Leapmotor T03, the company stated it is an ideal match for Hong Kong's urban commuting scenarios. Combining a stylish exterior with ample interior storage, the T03 offers both form and function. With a 50:50 front-rear weight distribution, the car delivers precise handling. Constructed with 67% high-strength steel, the T03 also features advanced driver assistance systems and a WLTP-certified range of 265 kilometers.

Leapmotor also noted that while Hong Kong families have traditionally favored MPVs, the high cost of maintaining internal combustion engine vehicles creates a market opportunity for its future D-series models. The brand's presence in Hong Kong could help drive future sales growth in this segment.

In addition, the company announced the opening of its 1,500th Leapmotor Center, located in Hong Kong. This milestone further enhances the company's global distribution network, positioning Hong Kong as a strategic hub bridging the European and Southeast Asian markets.

According to official data, as of June 5, 2025, Leapmotor has entered more than 24 international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, establishing over 600 sales and service outlets—setting a new benchmark for the overseas expansion speed of China's NEV startups.

Between January and May 2025, Leapmotor exported more than 17,000 vehicles. The company has established around 500 dealership outlets overseas, primarily concentrated in Europe. Localization plans for both Europe and Southeast Asia are expected to be finalized within the year.
