Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Hyundai ix35 amounted to 9,680 units, up 77.35% year on year, the first on May, 2011 sales ranking of compact SUVs from Korea's brands, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Sportage-R amounted to 5,401 units, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 25,589 units. May sales of the Tucson reached 4,803 units, increasing 26.16% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 25,711 units.
