May, 2011 sales ranking of SUVs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Great Wall H series amounted to 9,704 units, down 10.61% year on year, the first on May, 2011 sales ranking of SUVs, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Hyundai ix35 amounted to 9,680 units, up 77.35% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 40,895 units. May sales of the Tiguan reached 9,181 units, increasing 49.38% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 53,701 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
