Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Corolla amounted to 20,044 units, up 50.22% year on year, the first on August, 2011 sales ranking of A sedan from Japan's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Corolla EX amounted to 12,740 units, up 109.85% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 71,533 units. August sales of the Sunny reached 11,833 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 99,892 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
