Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of SAIC-GM amounted to 98,550 units, up 25.74% year on year, the first on August, 2011 sales ranking by Joint Venture's OEMs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 95,235 units, up 10.32% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 749,254 units. August sales of FAW-VW reached 92,926 units, increasing 10.22% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 661,083 units.
