Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 164,794 units, up 17.87% year on year, the first on September, 2011 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 81,478 units, up 22.91% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 558,222 units. September sales of Nissan reached 80,709 units, increasing 21.45% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 598,713 units.
