February, 2012 sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Chery amounted to 41,059 units, up 28.50% year on year, the first on February, 2012 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the February sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of BYD amounted to 41,039 units, up 54.74% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 71,160 units. February sales of Geely reached 36,478 units, increasing 19.45% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 74,955 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
