March, 2012 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 167,623 units, up 18.46% year on year, the first on March, 2012 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the March sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Nissan amounted to 85,978 units, up 17.60% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 224,914 units. March sales of Toyota reached 80,499 units, increasing 8.12% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 202,500 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
