April, 2012 sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Chery amounted to 44,644 units, down 1.58% year on year, the first on April, 2012 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Geely amounted to 38,362 units, up 11.92% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 153,184 units. April sales of Great Wall reached 36,096 units, increasing 27.58% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 134,849 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
