April, 2012 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 173,698 units, up 23.13% year on year, the first on April, 2012 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Nissan amounted to 72,631 units, up 27.75% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 297,545 units. April sales of Toyota reached 68,178 units, increasing 47.65% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 270,678 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
