Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 165,983 units, up 28.89% year on year, the first on July, 2012 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the July sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 73,700 units, down 5.68% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 492,451 units. July sales of Nissan reached 68,195 units, decreasing 3.90% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 519,173 units.
