September, 2012 sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Chery amounted to 44,836 units, down 21.49% year on year, the first on September, 2012 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Geely amounted to 44,627 units, up 29.28% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 333,695 units. September sales of BYD reached 40,105 units, increasing 5.50% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 303,858 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
