May, 2013 sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of Geely amounted to 41,527 units, up 40.56% year on year, the first on May, 2013 sales ranking by China's brands, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Changan amounted to 40,678 units, up 77.91% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 218,430 units. May sales of BYD reached 38,060 units, increasing 26.53% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 220,783 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
