August, 2013 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 207,572 units, up 13.84% year on year, the first on August, 2013 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Hyundai amounted to 84,055 units, up 11.84% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 669,906 units. August sales of Buick reached 67,715 units, increasing 17.96% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 533,112 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
