Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 290,293 units, up 20.83% year on year, the first on January, 2014 sales ranking by all brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Hyundai amounted to 115,198 units, up 6.78% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 115,198 units. January sales of Buick reached 100,127 units, increasing 15.74% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 100,127 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
