Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 236,501 units, up 18.75% year on year, the first on August, 2016 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Buick amounted to 103,169 units, up 29.79% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 759,502 units. August sales of Honda reached 89,800 units, increasing 19.66% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 716,726 units.
