Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 280,708 units, up 28.84% year on year, the first on September, 2016 sales ranking by all brands, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Honda amounted to 117,142 units, up 30.10% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 833,868 units. September sales of Changan reached 117,045 units, increasing 50.15% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 829,858 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
